So Easy Roasted Potatoes - This oven roasted, easy potato recipe, uses sweet potatoes for more nutrition, and is as quick as quick can be. A wonderful side dish with a meal, a quick snack or lunch on their own, this delightful, easy potato recipe can be multiplies for more people.

Ingredients to make So Easy Roasted Potatoes
1 medium-large sweet potato
1 T. olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
Directions to make So Easy Roasted Potatoes
Heat oven to 425°F. Cut the potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 7 long, thin wedges. Place them on a rimmed baking sheet and toss them with the oil and salt and pepper to taste, so all sides are coated.
Bake 10 minutes. Flip the potatoes over and bake another until tender, another 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Grandma’s Secret Coleslaw - This rustic, mouth watering, coleslaw, comes right from Grandma’s kitchen, with it’s secret ingredient and all! Traditional coleslaw ingredients are used with a dash of cayenne, for flavor, and the secret ingredient, maple syrup, for just a hint of sweet. As easy as can be, just toss it all together, and let sit to blend!

Ingredients to make Grandma’s Secret Coleslaw
1 1/2 tb Oil, olive
3 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1/2 c Rice vinegar
1 1/2 ts Maple syrup
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper, black, ground
1/4 ts Pepper, cayenne
6 c Red cabbage; thinly sliced
3/8 c Parsley, chopped
3 tb Cilantro, chopped
3/8 c Onions, red, minced

Cheesy Mexican Pasta - This zesty, super cheesy, Mexican pasta recipe has got to be the easiest ever, there are only 2 Ingredients! Pre cooked pasta is used, or you can use fresh cooked if you prefer as it cooks in just 10 minutes, then simply mix it in a bowl with succulent Velveeta cheese dip. Thats it, thats all, hows that for the easiest ever recipe! You can also add plain Velveeta and homemade salsa seperately, to adjust flavors to your preference.
