Ingredients to make Chocolate Fudge Cookies

1 1/2 c All purpose flour
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
3 ea Eggs
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
8 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate, broken into 1/2 oz pieces
4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into 1/2 oz pieces
1 1/2 c Tightly packed light brown sugar
12 T Unsalted butter
1 t Pure Vanilla extract
2 c Semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions to make Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Step 1:Sift all dry ingredients together. And set aside. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Step 2:Cream butter with light brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla to this mixture. Add the melted chocolate next and after that is completed mixed, add the dry ingredients. Mix well and then add Chocolate chips.
Step 3:Bake for 18-22 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven.

The combined egg mixture, added before the breading, locks in flavor and tenderness, while the cornflakes provide the crispy, crunchy texture. Another “30 Minute Meal”!

Ingredients to make Moist Baked Chicken

1/2 c Flour
2 Beaten eggs
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 c Crushed cornflakes
6 Chicken legs or thighs or breasts

Directions to make Moist Baked Chicken

Step 1:Put flour in one dish, combined eggs, milk, and mustard in a bowl, and cornflakes in a third bowl. Dip chicken pieces in flour, then egg mixture, then in crumbs.
Step 2:Bake 425 degrees about 25 minutes.
